Please join us for the first sprout class for 2011! Learn to sprout for yourself on Thursday, February 17 (7-9pm)!

We'll go over all the tips, tricks and techniques to have you sprouting at home in no time! This includes the earthgrown sprouts (sunflower, wheatgrass, pea shoots, etc.) and hydroponics (bean mix, alfalfa, broccoli, etc.).

We'll have trays of Pea Shoots/Sunflower/Wheatgrass and hydroponic sprouts available to see and taste.

Each participant is to bring paper and pen, and will receive an information package plus a comprehensive shopping list of where to purchase all necessary materials for sprouting and growing at home.

* This class promotes healthy, raw, vegan, local, certified organic food, and it saves money too, by people learning how to grow their own sprouts year round at home.
